Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply when you use jwcoffee.co.uk ("the Service") and buy from us. The Service is run by JW Coffee Ltd ("JW Coffee", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number [00000000 — PLACEHOLDER], with its registered office at West Lancashire Investment Centre, White Moss Business Park, Skelmersdale, West Lancashire WN8 9TG. Please read them carefully — by placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@jwcoffee.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. Orders & acceptance

  • When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. That email is not acceptance of your order.

  • Our contract with you is formed when we confirm that your payment has been received and your order is being prepared for dispatch.

  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud. If that happens, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.

  • If your payment is not completed — for example because you leave the payment page or your bank declines it — your order is not accepted and any stock we reserved for it is released.

3. Prices & VAT

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery to UK addresses is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

  • If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Payment

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, on Stripe's hosted payment page — we never see or store your full card number.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and we don't charge a surcharge for paying by card. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, for example in your banking app (3D Secure). If your payment is not completed, your order is not accepted and any stock we reserved for it is released.

Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. If we refund you, the refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — see our Delivery Information for details. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you have nominated to receive it.

6. Cancellations & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel most orders within 14 days, starting the day after delivery, and then have a further 14 days to send the items back. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food and supplement products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how this works.

7. Food supplements

Some of our products, including JW Organic Ashwagandha Coffee, are food supplements. Please read the label before use. Recommended daily serving: 1 spoon (2.5g) [PLACEHOLDER — client to confirm against the UK label]. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women; consult your doctor if you are taking medication.

We take care to keep product information accurate, but packaging can change. Always check the label on the pack you receive for the latest ingredient, allergen and serving information.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Place fraudulent orders or pay with a card or account you are not authorised to use.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

All content on jwcoffee.co.uk — logos, packaging artwork, product photos, text and code — belongs to JW Coffee Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Our products are for domestic and private use, so we are not responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
